We learn what happened, answer your questions, and outline how we can help. If your loss is covered and our services are a good fit, we schedule a meeting with a licensed Public Adjuster to plan the next steps.
2.
Documentation
We send your electronic contract, welcome materials, and required forms for signature. We collect key information about your loss so we can represent you fully and accurately.
3.
Notify the Insurance Company
We send a Letter of Representation to your insurance carrier and take over all communication. From here on, we handle the back-and-forth so you don’t have to.
4.
Mitigation & Experts
We coordinate any necessary emergency services and bring in trusted professionals — from mitigation teams to engineers or hygienists — to ensure your claim is documented correctly from the start.
5.
Pictures & Sketches
Our team visits the property to capture detailed photos, measurements, and sketches using industry-approved tools. This documentation forms the foundation of your claim.
6.
Meeting with the Insurance Company's Adjuster
We attend inspections and meetings on your behalf, work directly with the carrier’s adjuster, and guide you on anything needed during the process.
7.
Estimate & Negotiation
We prepare a comprehensive estimate supported by evidence and expert input. Then we negotiate with the insurance company to reach a fair and accurate settlement.
8.
The Settlement
Once a settlement is reached, payments are processed through our office and distributed appropriately. We remain available to answer questions even after your claim is complete.
